At Just Darling, we aim to deliver your favourite coffee directly to your doorstep efficiently and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping Partner
We exclusively use The Courier Guy for all our deliveries. They provide a range of reliable courier services, ensuring that your coffee reaches you fresh and on time.
Delivery Options and Timeframes
- Overnight Courier:
- Delivery within 1-2 working days for major centres.
- Please note that delays might occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as high volumes or regional disruptions.
- Road Freight:
- Delivery within 2-3 working days for non-urgent orders or larger consignments.
- Pickup Option:
- Customers may collect their orders directly from Thaba Eco Village Lifestyle Estate, 0A Kliprivier Dr, Rietvlei 101-Ir, Johannesburg South.
- Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you via email or SMS.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- For large or special orders, please contact us for a custom quote.
Packaging and Delivery Assurance
- We ensure all orders are securely packaged to withstand transit conditions. However, The Courier Guy limits liability for damaged goods if inadequate packaging is identified.
- Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Delivery is not available for items exceeding 50kg or 1m³, as per The Courier Guy’s size and weight restrictions.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods or items not properly packaged, are excluded from liability. Refer to The Courier Guy’s full terms for more details here.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number to monitor its progress through The Courier Guy’s tracking system.
